For confidential and no obligation information on any aspect of the Foundation's work please contact us by 'phone, e-mail or letter.

For appointments it is preferable to telephone the counselling centre. A receptionist will answer calls between 10am and 4pm on weekdays.

At other times messages are recorded on an answer-phone and your call will be returned in the strictest confidence as soon as possible.
